Requirements, specifications and national regulations on cosmetic packaging materials
In fact, all the materials of cosmetic packaging should be non-toxic and safe, we will explain from six aspects.
1. Bottles (including plastic bottles and glass bottles)
The 1.1 bottle is complete, stable, straight, smooth, and basically uniform in thickness. There are no cold bursts, cracks, obvious scars and deformations.
1.2 bottle mouth should be straight and free of burrs. Matching structures (e. g. threads) should be in good condition and upright.
1.3 bottle is clean inside and out.
1.4 the bottle and lid fit tightly, there are no sliding teeth, looseness and leakage.
2. Bags (including paper bags, plastic bags and composite bags)
There should be no wrinkles, scratches and bubbles in the 2.1, and the color should be consistent with the standard sample.
The 2.2 seal shall be firm and upright, and there shall be no openings, holes, paste (liquid) leakage, etc.
The 2.3 composite bag is firmly compounded and the coating is uniform.
3. Hose
The 3.1 tube body shall be smooth and neat, with uniform thickness, without obvious scratches, and the color shall be consistent with that of the standard sample.
3.2 seals shall be secure and shall not be opened or folded.
The 3.3 cover plate shall meet the requirements.
4. Box (including paper box, plastic box and iron box)
The 4.1 surface is smooth and upright without obvious scratches and burrs. The color was uniform and consistent with the standard sample.
The 4.2 opening is suitable and meets the test requirements.
4.3 The mirror and the contents in the box are firmly glued to the box, and the mirror image is good. No scratches or damage.
5. Spray cans
5.1 tank body shall be flat, free of rust, weld seam shall be smooth, main parts shall be free of obvious scratch, and color shall be uniform, which shall be consistent with standard sample.
5.2 roll mouth should be smooth without crack and deformation.
The 5.3 cover plate shall meet the requirements.
5.4 pump spray box should meet the relevant requirements.
6. Spindle tube
The end of the 6.1 tube should be smooth and even.
6.2 the tube body is suitable for air tightness, the paste should be screwed out or pushed out normally.
